Royalty Management Holding Corporation Set to Join Russell Microcap Index
Royalty Management Holding Corporation will be added to the Russell Microcap Index effective June 28, 2026, potentially increasing its visibility among institutional investors and index funds.

Royalty Management Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: RMCO), a royalty company focused on acquiring and developing high-value assets in resource-driven and emerging technology industries, announced its preliminary inclusion in the Russell Microcap® Index. The addition will become effective after the U.S. market closes on June 28, as part of the 2026 Russell indexes reconstitution.
The Russell Microcap Index comprises the smallest 1,000 securities in the Russell 2000 Index, representing a segment of the market often overlooked by larger funds. Membership in the index, which lasts for one year, automatically qualifies the company for inclusion in corresponding growth and value style indexes. FTSE Russell determines membership based on objective market-capitalization rankings and style attributes.
"We are honored to be joining the Russell Microcap® Index," stated Thomas Sauve, Chief Executive Officer of Royalty Management Holding Corporation. "This is a testament to the hard work of our team in building a company that offers a strong growth trajectory as well as over a year of dividend payments to our shareholders."
For Royalty Management, being part of the Russell Microcap Index could broaden its shareholder base and increase market awareness. Russell indexes are widely used by investment managers and institutional investors for index funds and as benchmarks for active investment strategies. Approximately $9 trillion in assets are benchmarked against Russell's U.S. indexes, according to the press release. Inclusion often leads to increased demand from passive funds that track the index.
Sauve also highlighted the company's outlook, noting that the remaining months of 2026 and 2027 are expected to be "monumental years" as the company evaluates high-impact investment opportunities and seeks selective realizations of current investments to generate additional cash flow for shareholder growth. He expressed excitement about the progression of ReElement Technologies and its rapid expansion at its Marion, Indiana facility, which he said would make Royalty Management one of the only companies deriving cash flow from the rare earth and critical mineral refining industry.
