Sabey Data Centers Expands Power Capacity Across Multiple Campuses to Meet Growing Digital Infrastructure Demand
Sabey Data Centers is significantly increasing power availability across six major campuses to address shrinking market vacancies and support enterprise and hyperscale customer growth in key geographic markets.

Sabey Data Centers has announced substantial power capacity expansions across its flagship campuses, responding to accelerating demand for digital infrastructure in markets where vacancies are reaching historic lows. The data center developer, owner and operator is making 8 megawatts available immediately in the Pacific Northwest, with additional capacity rolling out through 2027 across multiple strategic locations.
The expansion includes significant new capacity at SDC Columbia with 4.5 MW leasable now and 18 MW available for pre-leasing, with the first 9 MW coming online in Q4 2026 and the second 9 MW following in 2027. SDC Seattle offers 3.5 MW available immediately and 12 MW available for pre-leasing, scheduled to come online in 2027. The Manhattan campus provides 755 kW leasable now, while SDC Ashburn has 14 MW available for pre-leasing with availability by Q3 2026.
Texas and Oregon markets also see substantial growth opportunities, with SDC Austin offering 18 MW available for pre-leasing, with the first 9 MW coming online by Q4 2027. The most significant expansion occurs at SDC Umatilla, where 120 MW is available for pre-leasing, with the first 12 MW scheduled for 2027 availability.
