SKYX Technologies to Deploy Smart Systems in First European Hotel Renovation at France's Grand Hotel du Parc
SKYX Platforms Corp. will install its advanced plug-and-play smart technologies during a master renovation of the historic Grand Hotel du Parc in La Bourboule, France, marking its first European hotel deployment and opening recurring revenue streams.

SKYX Platforms Corp. (NASDAQ: SKYX) announced today that it will deploy its advanced smart technologies during a master renovation of the historic Grand Hotel du Parc in La Bourboule, France, marking the company's first European hotel collaboration. The renovation, currently in process, involves a three-phase project that will include rooms, suites, bars, restaurants, lobby, ballroom, spa, gym, meeting rooms, and corridors.
The Grand Hotel du Parc, formerly known as The Grand Medicis Hotel, is a designated historic property located in the heart of La Bourboule, a leading thermal spa destination focused on health, wellness, and longevity tourism. The hotel currently has 100 rooms and suites, with plans to add 30 more rooms during the renovation. SKYX is expected to supply thousands of units of its advanced smart plug-and-play technologies, including ceiling lighting, ceiling fans, recessed lights, down lights, EXIT signs, emergency lights, indoor and outdoor lights, and wall lights.
This deployment is significant because it validates SKYX's technology in the European hotel market and creates potential for future recurring revenues through interchangeability, upgrades, AI services, monitoring, and subscriptions. SKYX's technologies reduce up to 90% of the time and cost associated with hotel renovations or new builds, according to the company. The partnership also opens the door for collaboration on additional hotels within Group OTT, the France-based developer that has completed over 250 buildings across Europe valued at over $4 billion.
Jean-François Ott, Founder of Group OTT, expressed enthusiasm about integrating SKYX's technologies, stating that it will cut significant time and cost while advancing lifestyle and safety standards. Rani Kohen, Founder and Executive Chairman of SKYX Platforms, highlighted the importance of this first European hotel collaboration and the company's ongoing discussions with additional hotel groups and owners regarding the utilization of its technologies.
SKYX holds over 100 U.S. and global pending and issued patents and owns a portfolio of 60 lighting and home décor websites. The company's mission is to make homes and buildings advanced, safe, and smart as the new standard. For more information about Jean-François Ott and Group OTT, visit their website. The news is important because it represents a tangible step in SKYX's expansion into the European hospitality sector, demonstrating the commercial viability of its smart technologies beyond the U.S. market. The recurring revenue model from subscriptions and upgrades could provide a steady income stream, while the time and cost savings for renovations could drive widespread adoption in the hotel industry.
