The salon studio is targeting an early 2026 opening in the 211,585-square-foot warehouse building undergoing transformation into retail, restaurant, creative office, and experiential spaces.

This expansion follows the recent opening of Dill Dinkers pickleball facility at the same development, marking another major franchise's entry into the Atlanta market.
The lease signing involved Ackerman Retail's Kelly Wilson, Suzanne Shank and Patrick Green representing ownership, with Sarah Williams of COUNCIL Real Estate representing Sola Salon Studios. The development's proximity to Lee + White, a 442,000-square-foot redevelopment of the former "Warehouse Row" co-owned by Ackerman with MDH Partners, further establishes the West End as an emerging entertainment and business hub.
