Soopra AI Launches Social Network of AI Agents, Secures $1M Pre-Seed Funding

Soopra AI has launched its second-generation platform, Soopra ASK, a pioneering social network of AI agents designed to transform digital interactions and knowledge sharing. The startup simultaneously announced closing a $1 million pre-seed funding round to support further development.

The new platform represents a significant advancement in AI persona technology, allowing users to engage with AI agents representing leaders, experts, and public figures. Unlike previous iterations, Soopra ASK enables more sophisticated interactions, including scheduling meetings, answering complex queries, and supporting sales outreach.

Founder and CEO Praveena Dhanalakota positioned the platform as a transformative technology that will reshape learning and community engagement. The platform aims to create an ecosystem where intelligent contributions are valued, potentially turning entertainment into what Dhanalakota termed 'infotainment'.

A key differentiator for Soopra ASK is its approach to content creator rights. The platform empowers creators to maintain ownership and portability of their digital personas across different social media ecosystems, providing unprecedented control over their intellectual property.

The company has already demonstrated significant traction, with over 20,000 active users interacting with more than 500 AI agents and personas. The pre-seed funding will be used to accelerate product development, expand the user base, and execute the company's strategic roadmap.

Early adopters, including Ronjon Nag, an Adjunct Professor at Stanford University, have praised the platform's ability to efficiently scale professional presence and knowledge sharing. The technology represents a potential milestone in how expertise and information are communicated in an increasingly AI-driven society.
