SRS Real Estate Partners announced the addition of a market-leading industrial team in Southern California, representing a significant advancement in the firm's national growth strategy for industrial services. The move brings three seasoned professionals with extensive transaction experience and deep regional relationships to the company's platform.

Richard Schwartz, Executive Vice President & Senior Managing Principal, will lead SRS Industrial in Southern California, working closely with Joey Reaume, Executive Vice President & Principal, and Nick Moscicki, Vice President. Collectively, the team has completed more than $5 billion in industrial sales and leasing transactions, advising prominent occupiers, investors, and developers throughout the region.

Garrett Colburn, President of SRS Real Estate Partners, stated that this expansion strengthens the firm's industrial presence in Southern California and supports its commitment to building a comprehensive platform across all service lines. The team's expertise and relationships align directly with SRS's strategy to grow in key markets nationwide as the company continues to scale its operations.

David Pinsel, Managing Principal of National Industrial Services, emphasized that this high-profile team will serve as a catalyst for additional recruiting efforts in Southern California and other key industrial markets across the country. The company is actively seeking entrepreneurial, growth-minded professionals nationwide to join its expanding industrial platform.

The newly added team brings substantial credentials to SRS. Schwartz specializes in leasing and sale of industrial properties across the San Gabriel Valley and West Inland Empire submarkets, bringing 20 years of experience from previous leadership roles at Colliers and beginning his career at Grubb & Ellis. Reaume advises institutions, investors, developers, and users on various transactions including value-add investments and land development deals, having previously served with Colliers and beginning his career at CBRE. Moscicki represents both institutional and private clients in acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing assignments, with previous experience as a Senior Associate with Colliers.

The group's transaction portfolio includes significant deals such as a 925,475-square-foot lease for Michaels, a 730,000-square-foot sale for Kearny/GLP, and multiple transactions for Prologis, Volvo, Imperial Dade, and Panattoni, totaling billions in industrial assets sold or leased. This veteran team builds upon the existing success of SRS professionals in Southern California, further strengthening the company's industrial capabilities and positioning it for accelerated nationwide expansion.
