SRS Real Estate Partners has announced the completion of a $7.25 million sale of a two-parcel, multi-tenant retail property located at 730 4th Street N in St. Petersburg, FL. The property, built in 2009, spans a total of 10,802 square feet and is fully occupied by tenants such as Foxtail Coffee, UPS, Jimmy John’s, Chipotle, and Verizon. This transaction underscores the robust demand for retail properties in high-traffic, affluent areas.

The sale was facilitated by SRS Capital Markets Senior Managing Principal Patrick Nutt and Executive Vice President & Principal William Wamble, who represented the Tampa-based investment group selling the property.
