Stout Management Company Expands Nevada Portfolio with Four New Properties
Stout Management Company's expansion into managing four new properties in Las Vegas underscores the growing demand for multifamily housing in Southern Nevada.

Stout Management Company has significantly expanded its multifamily management portfolio in Nevada by adding four new properties in Las Vegas, totaling over 300 units. This move highlights the increasing demand for residential housing in Southern Nevada and Stout's commitment to providing exceptional living experiences.
Among the new additions is the Village of Santo Domingo, a 120-unit community located at 8530 W Sahara Ave, offering a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments. Another property, the Lennox Las Vegas, is a 100-unit luxury apartment community at 430 E Cactus Ave, featuring one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Stout's President, Taylor Verhaalen, emphasized the luxury aspect of the Lennox Las Vegas, which enhances the company's robust portfolio in the area.
In April, Stout also began managing the Harlow in Las Vegas, a 98-unit community situated at 10620 West Alexander Rd. This property, built in 2003, spans nearly 5 acres and includes one-, two-, and three-bedroom units across 13 buildings. Its location offers convenient access to downtown Las Vegas and the North Las Vegas Airport.
Verhaalen noted the high demand for these properties and the company's readiness to deliver outstanding living experiences to residents. This expansion not only strengthens Stout's presence in Southern Nevada but also reflects the broader trends in the region's real estate market, where the demand for quality multifamily housing continues to rise.
