Telvantis Voice Services Inc., a subsidiary of Telvantis Inc., and Adya Inc. have announced a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to collaborate on telecom services, cloud technologies, and digital transformation initiatives across Canada and international markets. This partnership is set to explore IoT connectivity services, fintech opportunities, cloud-based communication services, and the expansion of voice and SMS trade, leveraging Adya's infrastructure and Telvantis' global customer base.
Maickel Abdou, CEO of Telvantis Voice Services, highlighted the partnership's alignment with their mission to expand service capabilities in North America, while Samer Bishay, CEO of Adya, expressed excitement about accelerating their vision of becoming a leading digital enabler. The collaboration is expected to bring innovative, secure, and scalable solutions to the telecom sector, with initial projects anticipated to launch in Q3 2025.
