Telvantis, a communications technology company, announced the completion of its annual financial audit for 2023 and 2024, conducted under Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) standards. Despite reporting a net loss of $28.7 million in 2024, compared to a $1.6 million net income in 2023, the company remains optimistic about its future financial performance.

The audit revealed substantial financial challenges, including a significant revenue decline from $315.5 million in 2023 to $47 million in 2024. A major contributing factor was a $25.1 million credit loss expense from writing off a large receivable in the company's Irish subsidiary. Total operating expenses decreased to $74.7 million from $307.5 million in the previous year, primarily due to reduced sales activity.

Company leadership, including CEO Daniel Contreras and CFO Daniel Gilcher, emphasized the audit's transparency and their commitment to long-term success. Despite the challenging year, Telvantis has projected a revenue target of $250-300 million for 2025, indicating confidence in its strategic restructuring efforts.

Key financial highlights include a cash and equivalents increase to $1.4 million from $0.09 million, and a reduction in current liabilities from $90.2 million to $36.2 million. However, the company's equity turned negative to $27.6 million, compared to a positive $1.9 million in the previous year.

The company's strategy focuses on leveraging carrier relationships and proprietary communication platform capabilities, with a strong presence in high-growth sectors like fintech, healthcare, and e-commerce. Telvantis remains committed to becoming a leader in the communications technology space, viewing the 2024 audit as a critical step in rebuilding market trust.
