Telvantis Inc. to Acquire AmeriCrew, Entering High-Growth Fiber and Wireless Market

Telvantis Inc. has announced the signing of a binding Letter of Intent to acquire AmeriCrew Inc., marking a significant step into the multi-billion dollar high-growth markets of fiber, 5G wireless connectivity, and edge data centers. This acquisition is poised to enable Telvantis to build an integrated infrastructure provider, targeting the expanding demand for local data infrastructure and edge computation to support emerging technologies like AI and crypto mining.

The deal leverages AmeriCrew's veteran employment model and scalable workforce, expected to contribute over $12 million in revenues this year with substantial profit margins. Telvantis plans to maintain AmeriCrew's experienced management team, operating largely independently, while avoiding the issuance of common equity for the transaction.

Daniel Contreras, CEO of Telvantis, highlighted the acquisition as a cornerstone for their vision to dominate the integrated wireless and fiber infrastructure space. Kelley Dunne, CEO of AmeriCrew, emphasized the commercial momentum for deploying private fiber and 5G networks, supported by edge data compute capabilities, as a key growth area in the telecommunications industry.

With the edge computation market projected to grow at over 30% annually, reaching $43 billion by 2030, this acquisition positions Telvantis at the forefront of a rapidly evolving sector. The company anticipates closing the transaction in the coming weeks, with further strategic updates to follow.
