Texas Mineral Resources Adds Experienced Mining Executive Jonathan Beigle to Board of Directors

Texas Mineral Resources Corp. has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Jonathan Beigle to its Board of Directors, effective May 8, 2025. Beigle, a senior executive with over two decades of experience in the metals and mining sector, will also serve on the company's Audit Committee.

With Beigle's addition, the TMRC Board now consists of six directors, five of whom are independent. His professional background includes serving as director, president, and CEO of Ridgeline Royalties Incorporated, a key player in royalty and stream financing for clean energy mining operations.

Prior to his current role, Beigle was part of Newmont Corporation's investor relations team and spent 12 years as a mining analyst at Manning & Napier Advisors. His credentials include a Master of Science in mining engineering and management and a Bachelor of Science in business with a finance specialization.

The appointment comes alongside the resignation of board member Kevin Francis, who is departing for personal reasons. TMRC Chairman Anthony Marchese highlighted Beigle's expertise, noting that his deep industry knowledge will be crucial as the company pursues its development strategy, particularly for the Round Top heavy-rare earth and technology metals project in Texas.

Beigle's extensive background in mining, coupled with his experience in investor relations and strategic finance, positions him to contribute significantly to TMRC's ongoing efforts to develop domestic mining opportunities, especially in gold, silver, and critical metals sectors.
