The National Law Review Launches National Public Notice Service to Address Demand for Legal Notices

The National Law Review® (NLR) has introduced the National Public Notice Service™ (NPNS), a new platform designed to publish public notices across a wide range of legal and regulatory contexts. This expansion comes as a response to the increasing demand for such services, particularly in light of the ongoing closures of traditional print newspapers. NLR CEO Gary Chodes highlighted that the initiative was driven by requests from law firms associated with DailyDAC™, NLR's affiliate, which has a decade of experience in public notices for distressed asset sales.

The National Public Notice Service will cover various types of public notices, including but not limited to abandonment of property, class actions, distressed asset sales, elections, and probate matters. This move is set to provide a much-needed solution for legal professionals and entities requiring the publication of public notices in an era where digital platforms are increasingly supplanting print media.
