Thompson Thrift has commenced construction on South Tempe Square, a 27,000-square-foot neighborhood shopping center located at the bustling intersection of Rural Road and Warner Road in Tempe, Arizona. South Tempe Square is strategically positioned between Loop 101 and I-10, benefiting from high visibility and accessibility. The area is also notable for its proximity to national retailers like CVS, Sprouts, and Home Depot, as well as being part of one of the state's top school districts, making it an attractive location for families.
Leasing activity for South Tempe Square has been robust, with nearly 75% of the retail space already leased or under negotiation. Tenants include BURN Total Body Conditioning, Pacific Dental, and Luna Grill Restaurant, among others. A 4,500-square-foot restaurant pad and two inline spaces remain available, offering opportunities for additional retail or service providers to join the development.
