From June 16th to September 16th, 2025, Xue will lead a recording project titled 'Introduce Chinese Folk Song Through Arrangements for Trombone and Piano.' This project, aimed at the International Trombone Festival and the Louisiana Music Educator Association, seeks to introduce the rich heritage of Chinese folk music to a broader audience through innovative arrangements for trombone and piano.

The collaboration will also feature public performances, including the 'Concert in the Park Series' on June 29, 2025, at Wagner Park in Lubbock, TX.
