tZERO's subsidiary VerifyInvestor.com has integrated its accredited investor verification services into the PandoAlts Market Checks platform, aiming to streamline onboarding and compliance for private market investments.
tZERO Group, Inc., a technology solutions provider for capital markets, announced today that its subsidiary VerifyInvestor.com has integrated its accredited investor and qualified purchaser verification services into the PandoAlts Market Checks platform. The integration positions VerifyInvestor.com as the default accreditation verification provider for the platform, according to a press release.
The collaboration is designed to streamline investor onboarding, compliance verification, and access to private market and alternative investment opportunities through an integrated workflow. This move expands upon the existing relationship between tZERO and PandoAlts, aiming to improve operational efficiency and compliance across private markets.
