The company has contracted three distinct communication firms to support its outreach efforts, each with unique engagement parameters.

The first agreement is with InvestorBrandNetwork for a year-long communications campaign starting May 8, 2025, priced at $23,200 per quarter. Simultaneously, Goldinvest Consulting has been engaged for a six-month campaign beginning May 5, focusing on outreach in Germany at a rate of EUR 4,050 monthly.

Most significantly, Ucore signed a 12-month media agreement with Outside the Box Capital, which includes a substantial financial commitment of $160,000 in cash, 100,000 stock options, and a $25,000 budget for an influencer campaign, pending approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.

These strategic marketing initiatives underscore Ucore's commitment to expanding awareness of its rare and critical metals technology and resource development efforts.
