This new location, owned by Richie and Charissa Parsons, is set to welcome members starting September 2025, with a grand opening celebration scheduled for September 18, 2025. The Venture X Frederick location features 99 private offices, four meeting rooms, and a large training room capable of accommodating up to 25 people. Amenities tailored to the needs of the local tech industry include state-of-the-art technology in meeting rooms, such as digital whiteboards and TV monitors for virtual meetings, and soundproof privacy booths for private calls. The design of the space pays homage to Frederick's heritage, incorporating elements like the 'Frederick Red' color from Frederick Brick Works and a ceiling design reflecting Carroll Creek.
Frederick County Executive Jessica Fitzwater highlighted the importance of flexible workspaces like Venture X in encouraging innovation, supporting small businesses, and attracting new talent to the area. The Parsons, who have a successful track record with Venture X franchises in other locations, including Ashburn and Fairfax, Virginia, and Nashville, Tennessee, are optimistic about the impact of this new space on the local economy.
