Visory Health Promotes Two Executives to C-Suite Amid Rapid Expansion
Visory Health announces promotions of Alexandra Robertson to Chief Growth Officer and Brittney Tierce to Chief Technology Officer, signaling the company's focus on scaling access to affordable prescription drugs.

Visory Health, a top-three prescription discount card provider, has promoted Alexandra Robertson to Chief Growth Officer and Brittney Tierce to Chief Technology Officer, effective immediately. The moves come as the company continues to expand its pharmacy network and deepen partnerships to make affordable medications accessible to underserved populations.
Robertson, previously Vice President of Growth, has been instrumental in building Visory Health's presence in over 38,000 pharmacies nationwide. In her new role, she will oversee growth strategy, partnership development, and large-scale initiatives to bring the company's program to more Americans. "When a patient can finally fill a prescription they couldn't afford before, that's a real health outcome changed," Robertson said. "My focus as Chief Growth Officer is closing that gap at scale through strategic partnerships, community presence and program innovation."
Tierce, who previously served as Senior Vice President of Technology and Security, was foundational in creating the proprietary technology that powers Visory Health. As CTO, she will drive the technology roadmap, including AI innovation and security, to reduce friction for consumers and pharmacy partners. "Technology should be a bridge, not a barrier," Tierce said. "As Chief Technology Officer, my focus is raising that bar continuously by creating smarter systems, faster delivery and infrastructure that scales access to the communities we serve."
CEO and founder Susan Lang praised both executives, noting Robertson's ability to build relationships and forge partnerships, while Tierce brings intellect and creativity to simplify the patient journey. "I am so excited to work with Brittney and Alexandra as they navigate the complex challenges of the global drug supply chain," Lang said.
