Willy’s Mexicana Grill is celebrating its 30th anniversary with a series of events and promotions that not only mark a significant milestone but also highlight the company's commitment to community support. The celebration includes a 30% discount for Willy Good Rewards members on July 13, the serving of the winning salsa from the Salsa, Salsa! showdown on July 15 at the Roswell location, and continued happy hour specials through August 3.
The fundraising campaign, aimed at supporting youth wellness and leadership programs through the Boys & Girls Clubs in Metro Atlanta, Athens, and Bartow County, exceeded its goal by raising over $31,000. This achievement underscores Willy’s long-standing partnership with the local Boys & Girls Clubs, with donations totaling over $265,000 over the past decade.
Special happy hour promotions, running from 2-5 p.m. Monday through Friday until August 3, include 30% off nachos on Monday, double loyalty points on Tuesday, 30% off the Willy Philly on Wednesday, 30% off entrée purchases on Thursday, and 30% off the Frito Burrito on Friday. These offers provide an opportunity for the community to engage with Willy’s while enjoying discounts.
The winning Chili Island Salsa, created by the William M. and Betty E. Small Boys & Girls Club of Chamblee, features a unique blend of mango, peach, pineapple, Thai red chilies, cilantro, mint, and lime juice. This event not only celebrates the creativity of the Boys & Girls Clubs members but also brings the community together to support a good cause.
