The City of Wilmington has successfully implemented Systems & Software's enQ CIS platform, a move that has not only streamlined its municipal billing and tax distribution processes but also achieved the city's first-ever on-time property tax distribution. This implementation comes after a thorough evaluation to replace the outdated MUNIS platform, with enQ CIS being chosen for its comprehensive capabilities in unifying utility billing, property tax, licenses, and inspection fees into a single, modern system.

Brett Taylor, Director of Finance for the City of Wilmington, praised the enQ CIS platform for its intuitiveness and ease of navigation, which significantly improves the customer and agent experience by providing transparent and searchable access to property information and billing.
