Avangrid's recognition as one of America's Best Employers for Women highlights the energy company's commitment to gender equity and its broader corporate responsibility strategy that enhances both employee satisfaction and business performance.

Avangrid, Inc. has been awarded a place on the Forbes list of America's Best Employers for Women 2025, recognizing the energy company's commitment to inclusion, equity, and empowering women at every level. This prestigious recognition, presented in collaboration with Statista, comes as the company continues to demonstrate leadership in corporate responsibility across multiple dimensions.
The Forbes America's Best Employers for Women 2025 ranking is based on data collected through online panels with over 140,000 women working for companies and institutions in the U.S. with at least 1,000 employees over the past three years. Only responses from women were considered in the analysis, which evaluated three key criteria: personal evaluations from current employers, public evaluations from previous employers, and a Leadership Diversity Index based on the percentage of women among top executives and board directors.
