Public Insight Enhances TalentView with Advanced Skills, Benefits and Workforce Analysis Capabilities
Public Insight has launched new skills, benefits and workforce analysis features in its TalentView market intelligence platform, providing companies with enhanced competitive benchmarking and recruitment strategy insights.

Public Insight has announced the integration of new skills, benefits and workforce analysis capabilities into its TalentView market intelligence solution, offering businesses comprehensive tools to benchmark against competitors and optimize recruitment strategies. The enhanced platform provides access to over 250 current talent market metrics, including job postings, compensation data, fill days, supply/demand ratios, and employer reviews/sentiment analysis, all filterable by job title, company, state, metro area, or zip code over time.
The skills analysis component enables organizations to identify key skills advertised in job postings, helping optimize job descriptions, track emerging trends, and compare against industry competitors. This data often serves as an indicator of product roadmaps and company growth strategies, providing valuable intelligence for strategic planning. The benefits analysis feature allows companies to understand what key benefits competitors are offering for specific roles and locations, facilitating competitive positioning and identifying benefit trends for future consideration.
Workforce analysis has been significantly enhanced with the integration of 110 million workforce profiles, which complement existing supply analysis based on resumes. This combined approach provides a more comprehensive understanding of available workers by job title and company within specific geographic areas, helping organizations assess the difficulty of filling particular roles and identify optimal sourcing strategies. These insights help inform recruitment decisions, understand the competitive landscape, identify market trends, and uncover new business opportunities.
Public Insight will demonstrate the enhanced TalentView solution at the HR Technology Conference in Las Vegas from September 16-18 at booth #6831. The company is also offering a free version of TalentView for compensation and market insights, accessible without registration requirements, allowing businesses to explore the platform's capabilities for specific job titles, states, and time periods.
