Texas Mineral Resources Corp. Reports Positive Drilling Results in New Mexico's Black Hawk Mining District

Texas Mineral Resources Corp. (OTCQB: TMRC) has revealed preliminary exploratory drilling results in the Black Hawk Mining District, Grant County, New Mexico, under a mineral exploration agreement with Santa Fe Gold Corporation. The drilling, part of an evaluation of the 2021 agreement, aimed to test the effectiveness of the Electro-Magnetic survey method in locating veins and to assess the Alhambra vein's upper workings for remaining ore.

Conducted between March and May 2025, the drilling involved 20 diamond drill holes totaling 2751.5 feet. Ten out of eleven holes targeting Electro-Magnetic anomalies intersected strongly altered carbonate veins, validating the survey method's success in vein location. However, the method does not distinguish between native silver and sulfide-bearing veins. Seven holes intersecting the Alhambra vein found strongly brecciated, carbonate veins between stopes, with analyses pending.

Daniel Gorski, CEO, expressed optimism about the NANOTEM method's effectiveness for future exploration. The Black Hawk Mining District is known for its 'Five Element Veins,' with the Alhambra mine featuring carbonate-filled structures. TMRC's collaboration with the New Mexico Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources highlights the project's significance, with further exploration phases planned pending data evaluation.

The potential for a joint venture with Santa Fe hinges on the exploration's success and feasibility studies, with no guarantees of agreement or project commercialization. This development marks a significant step in TMRC's exploration efforts, underscoring the importance of innovative geophysical methods in mineral discovery.
